This cheeky Irish chat-show host has already built a sizable American cult audience with repeats of his U.K. show on BBC America and now his equally bawdy The Graham Norton Effect on Comedy Central. Norton's flamboyantly gay, unapologetically naughty approach to talk-show cliches turned his show into a favorite stop for some unlikely celebrity guests (Dustin Hoffman, Sophia Loren), and his fearless ability to offend makes this best-of compilation a terrific introduction to folks just discovering him in the States. The DVD includes interviews with Norton and regular guest Betty.
