G U I D E L I N E S

All entries should include:

12-inch VHS video dub or DVD of entire film (dub will not be returned)

A completed and signed entry form

Black-and-white and/or color photos for each entry

A self-addressed, stamped postcard for verification

All accepted entries will be notified no later than April 15,, 2006 and must be received by May 1, 2006.
