QLive! is proud to provide a regular home for funny people to do their thing with our weekly open mic show Casa de Ha-Ha at 10 p.m. every Tuesday at Embargo, 210 E. Eighth St. in downtown Fort Worth.

Every week, QLive! opens the mic to amateur, professional and wannabe comedians to test new material and to develop their acts. Each performer is given a five-minute set to showcase their talent or try out new material. Open mic sign-up begins at 10 p.m.

SHANE TORRES IS BACK

Cowtown native turned Portland, Ore., comedy headliner Shane Torres returns to his old stomping grounds for a one-night-only performance at the Four Day Weekend Theater (NEW VENUE!), Thursday, Oct. 3.
